Water cleanses the body and eliminates the toxins and impurities from the skin. And well hydrated skin will result in a healthy and glowing complexion. It also helps in delaying the appearance of signs of ageing like wrinkles and fine lines. All in all, water is the most important liquid for your health and appearance. The more you make sure you have enough, the better you will hydrate your body from within.

2. Eat a Healthy Diet
Skin is the largest and most important organ known to your body. Hence, healthy proteins and nutritious fruits and vegetables go a long way towards making your skin glow. Foods for glowing skin should be carefully selected. Natural protein foods like Fish, Nuts and White Meat, fruits like Kiwi, Strawberries, Oranges, Papaya, Guava and Vegetables like Tomato, Brocolli, Beets, Sweet Potatoes are very healthy and good for your skin.

3. Use Sunscreen
There are serious consequences when we get too much of sun exposure – uneven pigmentation, premature ageing and poor texture. Avoid the sun between 10am to 2pm as the sun rays can get really harsh during this period. Try to wear clothing that covers most of your skin and carry an umbrella if possible. Apply sunscreen with SPF of at least 15 that blocks both UVA and UVB rays. Soothing natural remedies are the best answer to the question of how to remove sunburn and skin tan.

4. Exercise

Physical activities not only makes you loose weight and stay fit, but it also helps you to get glowing skin naturally. It is a necessity in our day to day life. Running, jogging, yoga and cardio will give your body the necessary blood circulation, and also accelerate the cleansing process of your entire body. You will notice the results immediately.

5. Exfoliate Once A Week

One of the key functions to get naturally glowing skin is to exfoliate. DO NOT ignore exfoliation in your skin care regime because it is the best way to get rid of dead skin cells. If your skin tends to be dry and flaky, a weekly exfoliation can clear out dead skin cells. Find an exfoliant that has super fine grains, and don’t rub it roughly into your skin – use light pressure and gentle motions. Regular exfoliation makes it easier for the skin to absorb moisturizers and serums that are applied topically.

6. Build a Routine

Follow a daily routine of washing your face in the morning and at night. This helps in restraining bacteria growth and getting clear skin. Over the course of the day, make-up, dirt and oil build up on your face. Hence, cleansing should be a part of your bedtime routine too.

(i) Before touching or washing your face, clean your hands so that germs or dirt are not transferred from your hands on to your face.

(ii) Use a gentle cleanser to wash your face. Do not scrub hard or wipe your face with rough wash-cloth.

(iii) Use toner (optional): May skip this step if your skin is dry. Consider using toner if your skin is oily or a combination one.

(iv) Use Moisturizer: For dry skin use a heavy moisturizer and for oily and combination skins use a lighter one.

Add these changes to your lifestyle and you are sure to experience naturally flawless skin. Your body, mind and skin will feel refreshed and extremely healthy. It is important to stay fit and get enough amount of rest. Be healthy and Stay Beautiful! Take Care!
