10 Natural Remedies for Uterine Fibroids

1. Castor Oil Pack

Castor oil also contains anti-inflammatory properties as it contains ricinoleic acid. If you are menstruating or trying to conceive, then avoid this method.   1. Saturate a piece of wool flannel in castor oil.
  2. Place it gently on your abdomen and cover it with a plastic wrap.
  3. Place a heating pad or hot water bottle over it and cover it again with an old piece of cloth.

3. Milk Thistle

4. Dandelion

Milk has sometimes proven to reduce fibroids by 30%. The mechanism behind it is still not known. It is believed that, calcium in dairy products may help in reducing cell proliferation.
